In the past, my wife and I have used other cordless telephones in our home, but the AT&T #52300 phones have them all beat by far. Even for someone pushing ninety (90) I found it easy to navigate through the various buttons, menus, etc., to program memory into the phones. I entered the names and numbers of our family/friends into one of the hand sets, and lo and behold, without any further effort on my part, all the other handsets were identically programmed. I've only had this phone for a few days. Easy to install and nice voice and answering machine features. My reason for the three stars: I intended to use the phone with the main base to replace an older wall mount phone in the kitchen (great option to save kitchen counter space). First of all, the cords of this phone are very long. There are no brackets to hide the cords on the back of the phone. The wall mount of this phone is ugly and cheap looking to say the least. Like the phone base, the wall mount doesn't have any brackets to hide the hanging cords on the back of the phone. I had no other choice than placing the phone on the kitchen counter.
